We offer refunds for services purchased directly from The Marketing Guru Agency  under the following circumstances:

  • The service was paid for but not rendered due to circumstances beyond the client's control or due to an error on our part.
  • The client has requested a refund before the service begins.
  • The service is eligible for a refund under South African consumer protection laws.

1.2. Refund Percentage

In certain cases, refunds may be subject to a deduction to cover costs already incurred by The Marketing Guru Agency in providing the service. These costs may include but are not limited to:

  • Initial research and development
  • Creative work
  • Third-party services or tools already utilized
  • Administrative expenses

1.3. Refund Procedure

If you wish to request a refund for a service, please follow these steps:

  • Provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice, when requesting a refund.

1.4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process your refund within 7 to 12 working days. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, minus any applicable deduction as outlined in section 1.2.
